Yes! All interior plants that we supply and take care of include a guarantee. In some cases, we can guarantee outdoor plants, but the factors (weather, vandalism) beyond our control can create a challenge.
Typically, we schedule our deliveries for two to three weeks out from the time you green-light your project and we receive your deposit. Sometimes the specific pots you have ordered take longer to obtain and would impact the delivery date for longer than two weeks. And if you need plants right away, many times we can get plants into your space in a few days.
Ask these questions when you choosing candidates to interview and bid to provide services:
How long have they been in business? What is their experience? This isn’t a business you learn overnight. As with any professional service, the more experience, the better. Good Earth Plant Company has been in business since 1977.
What credentials do they have? Look for specific industry certifications such as the Certified Landscape Professional – Interior designation from the National Association of Landscape Professionals, and the Green Earth – Green Plants Certified Business designation.
