There is no hotter daytime talk show on TV in 2014 than “The Ellen Show.” Ellen DeGeneres is an Emmy winning, pioneering comedienne. Ellen’s set has gotten a beautiful makeover for Season 12. It seems like Ellen has gotten the message about the benefits of bringing plants into your workplace.
Ellen’s new set features multiple large screens, many beautiful potted plants and an impressive living wall. Take a look for yourself.
We have discussed here many times the benefits and beauty of having plants in doors, such as improved air quality and overall health, and we are so glad at Good Earth Plants to see that one of America’s favorite celebrities agrees.
Ellen’s living wall isn’t just an unused prop. She has created a new segment in her show called “Who’s In My Bushes.” An unknown celebrity stands behind the living wall while Ellen asks them questions and attempts to guess who they are. In a recent segment, award-winning R&B singer Usher was in Ellen’s bushes. Yeah!
When a living wall is featured on one of America’s most popular TV shows, you know living walls are no longer obscure. We have seen living walls inside the spaceship in the new movie “Elysium,” in the background on the hit comedy series “The Big Bang Theory,” and in an episode of “How It’s Made” on the Discovery Channel. Living walls are often featured on Home and Garden TV. Thanks to “The Ellen Show” and many others, green walls are hot in Hollywood and we love it.
Good Earth Plant Company is so pleased to be a part of this green movement and can’t wait to help more people get some green in your life, whether something as small as several plants added to your office space, or as great as a living wall or green roof.
Visit our website at GoodEarthPlants.com to see examples of the living walls and green roofs we have created. We know Ellen would love them all.
